Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Reweave – Threads of Healing mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.About ReweaveReweave – Threads of Healing is a reflective journaling application that includes an AI-powered writing companion. The App is designed to support personal writing and self-reflection.
Reweave is not a substitute for professional mental health care. The App does not provide therapy, counseling, diagnosis, medical advice, or treatment of any kind. The AI companion is a writing tool that responds to what you share — it is not a licensed therapist, counselor, psychologist, or medical professional.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline by calling or texting 988 (available 24/7 in the United States). If you are in immediate danger, please call 911.EligibilityYou must be at least 13 years of age to use Reweave. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are under 18, you represent that you have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.Your Account and DataReweave does not require you to create an account. Your journal entries and session data are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and your data. You may delete all of your data at any time from the Settings screen within the App. This action is permanent and irreversible.Subscriptions and PaymentsReweave offers a free trial period and optional paid subscription plans ("Reweave Premium") through the Apple App Store.
Pricing. Current subscription options are displayed on the paywall screen within the App. Prices are set in U.S. dollars and may vary by region based on Apple's pricing tiers.
Free trial. New users receive a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically begin and you will be charged.
Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.
Restore purchases. If you have previously purchased a subscription, you can restore it from the paywall screen within the App.AI CompanionThe App includes an AI-powered companion that responds to what you write. By using the AI companion, you acknowledge and agree that: the AI companion is a writing tool, not a healthcare provider; responses generated by the AI are not professional advice of any kind; the AI companion may occasionally produce responses that are inaccurate, incomplete, or unhelpful; you should not rely on AI responses for medical, psychological, legal, financial, or other professional decisions; the AI companion does not have the ability to diagnose, treat, or prescribe; and the AI companion's "memory" of previous sessions is an automated summary system, not human recall.Acceptable UseYou agree not to use the App to violate any applicable law or regulation, attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the App, interfere with or disrupt the App's servers or infrastructure, attempt to access other users' data or the App's backend systems, or use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent.Intellectual PropertyThe App, including its design, code, content, sounds, and visual elements, is owned by Reweave and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App without our written consent. Your journal entries and session content belong to you. We do not claim any ownership of what you write.Disclaimer of WarrantiesTHE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT AI-GENERATED RESPONSES WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR APPROPRIATE FOR YOUR SITUATION.Limitation of LiabilityTO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, REWEAVE AND ITS CREATORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, RELIANCE ON AI-GENERATED CONTENT, OR LOSS OF DATA. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR $50, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.Crisis and Emergency SituationsReweave is not a crisis service. The App includes crisis resource information (such as the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) as a public service, but we are not a crisis intervention provider. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or response quality of third-party crisis services. If you are in an emergency, please call 911 or your local emergency number.Changes to These TermsWe may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
